New Season, Clean Routine: Your Spring Skin Reset

As soon as March hits, everything feels a little lighter. The mornings aren’t pitch black, you’re reaching for a jacket instead of a coat, and there’s that sudden urge to refresh everything. Wardrobe. Routine. Mindset.

Winter has a habit of sneaking in more build-up than we realise. Heavy layers trap sweat. Richer products sit on the skin longer. Oil production shifts. Dead skin hangs around. And while all of that’s happening, your make-up brushes and sponges are quietly collecting it all in the background.

Spring is your sign to reset , and it doesn’t need to be dramatic. Just smarter, cleaner habits.

If you’re switching to lighter foundations, skin tints and cream blushes for that fresh spring finish, clean brushes are non-negotiable. Old product and built-up oil don’t just affect how your make-up blends, they can contribute to clogged pores and breakouts too. And nobody wants that when the sun starts making an appearance.

The good news? Keeping your tools clean takes seconds. A quick sanitise between uses removes product, oil and bacteria instantly, so your brushes stay soft, fresh and ready to go. No long drying times. No complicated routines. Just clean tools that support clearer skin.

As the weather warms up, your skin naturally produces a little more oil. Add in longer days, more time outside, commuting, workouts, it all builds up. Having a gentle skin sanitising spray on hand such as our very own Hypochlorous Spray, is an easy way to refresh throughout the day. Think post-gym, after a long shift, or whenever your skin feels a bit overwhelmed. It’s that simple reset button your routine didn’t know it needed.

Spring beauty is about light layers. Glowy skin. Less product, more confidence. But that effortless look starts behind the scenes. Clean brushes and sponges perform better when well-maintained and kept clean.  ISOClean's Makeup Brush Cleaners and Sponge Cleaners do just this.

This is your March reminder:

Sanitise your brushes.
Sanitise your sponges.
Refresh your skin.
Repeat.

Small habits. Big glow-up energy.

So as you swap boots for trainers and heavy coats for denim jackets, give your beauty kit the same fresh-start treatment. Your skin will thank you for it.

At ISOClean, we’re all about making hygiene simple. Because glowing skin isn’t just about what you apply, it’s about what you’re applying it with.  Here’s to brighter days, lighter layers and skin that feels as good as it looks.
