Returns and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns on all orders, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the products.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we delivered an incorrect or faulty item. Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returned goods must be in their original, sealed, resellable packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. If items are returned damaged or incomplete, we may deduct a fee from your refund.

We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item.

If we sent the wrong item or a damaged item, we will cover the return cost (standard shipping only). Please do not dispose of damaged items without written confirmation, as we may request the item be returned at our expense.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on grooming, cosmetic, or electrical products once the hygiene seal has been broken or the product shows signs of use, unless faulty.

International Returns
