Order Processing (All Regions)
- Orders placed before 13:00 (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Our warehouse is closed on weekends; orders placed then are processed on the following Monday.

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
Some of our products are classed as hazardous goods due to their alcohol content. Since Brexit, certain countries do not allow hazardous goods to pass through customs. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your country accepts these items.

Our mailing bags are made from 100% recycled polythene and our bubble wrap is 100% biodegradable.
ISOCLEAN accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the delivery address, a note may be left or the courier may deliver to a nearby pickup shop. You will be notified via text or email.
Unfortunately, we do not allow collections.
